HEWLETT-Kurt D. Brown, 26, of Elmont, was arrested for possession of marijuana at the intersection of Mill Road and Broadway at 11:42 p.m. on April 28, police said.
INWOOD-Neil S. Lippel, 31, of Island Park, was arrested for possession of marijuana at the intersection of John Street and Mott Avenue at 10:30 p.m. on May 1, according to police.
