Jeffrey A. Bader

    Rait, founded and served as executive director, president and member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN). His leadership expanded NANN’s membership throughout the world and received the organization’s lifetime achievement award.
    He also founded and served as editor and publisher for 30 years of the journal “Neonatal Network: The Journal of Neonatal Nursing.” Rait also established the Academy of Neonatal Nursing (ANN) that provides educational opportunities and conferences for NICU nurses He is president of Neonatal Nurses of Northern California, established NICU Ink Book Publishers, and published the award-winning, “Neonatal Intensive Care: What Every Parent Needs to Know.”

Matthew J. Bassiur

    Combating counterfeiting and fraud, and managing global strategic planning and intelligence as vice president for Pfizer Global Security, Bassiur is the deputy to Pfizer’s chief security officer. 
    He serves on the boards of the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement Foundation and the International Anti Counterfeiting Coalition. The Society of Asian Federal Officers named him Civilian of the Year. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce honored him for distinguished service as a federal government official. As a Fulbright Scholar, he taught intellectual property law in Beijing.
    Bassiur also worked for Apple Inc.’s Global Security division, the federal government Department of Justice’s Computer Crime & IP Section, chief of the Trademark Counterfeit Unit, and was an assistant DA in Manhattan.
