Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Inwood played host to Peninsula Kiwanis’s annual Christmas Dream Pancake Breakfast that raises money to help purchase holiday gifts for boys and girls on Oct. 2.
The three-hour event included a breakfast that was $5 for anyone and free for those younger than 12. There was raffles and a 50/50 drawing. Youthful volunteers from Hewlett High School’s Key Club and Kiwanis’s’ Circle K Club assisted Kiwanis members to prepare and serve the food.
