Advertised iPhone stolen in Inwood

Three men allegedly stole an iPhone from a man on St. George Place in Inwood at 9:25 p.m. on June 18, police said.
A 27-year-old man, who had placed an ad on Craigslist to sell the smartphone,
arranged to meet a man. When he got out of his car, he was approached by three men, described as black and in their 20s, according to police.
The man who contacted the seller wore a blue hood sweatshirt and grabbed the phone out of his hand, along with the money that fell out of the seller’s pocket, police said. The three men fled on foot and headed west on Bayview Avenue. No injuries were reported.
