Hewlett Harbor resident Michael Serao was promoted to first senior vice president and chief administrative officer at First Central Savings Bank in Glen Cove. He was the senior vice president and director of retail banking for First Central.
Serao, who has more than 16 years of banking experience was previously the vice president and business development manager of Sussex Bank’s Astoria Banking Center, and held positions at Quontic, Chase and TD Bank in Astoria. He has a degree in business management and marketing from Queensborough Community College.
