Students at Woodmere Middle School performed their version of Beauty and the Beast. On March 18 and 19, the Hewlett-Woodmere Music Department performed “Beauty and the Beast Jr.,” at the Woodmere Middle School.
Nearly 65 middle school students were in the play and about 40 students were involved in the stage crew. Volunteers from Hewlett High School also helped Director Walter J. Lastowski with the production.
Alex Benary played the Prince/Beast, Elysha Maloney starred as Belle and Stefan Antoine was Gaston.
