Car flips on West Broadway and Hamilton

A vehicle overturned after two cars collided at the intersection of West Broadway and Hamilton Avenue in Hewlett on July 16, at 2:30 p.m.

The drivers of both vehicles were hurt, but neither was seriously injured. The Hewlett Fire Department responded to the scene and transported the drivers to South Nassau Hospital. Traffic was stopped in both direction on West Broadway by Nassau County Police Fourth Precinct. The roadway was opened an hour after the vehicles were removed from the scene.
