A North Woodmere man was arrested on Tuesday at 1 p.m. by police at the Cedarhurst home he allegedly burglarized after being shorted on a sale of marijuana, according to police.

Maurice Moore, 17, of Nutley Place, broke into the single-family house by breaking the glass of the rear door and taking an Xbox video console from the home, police said.

Moore, who allegedly did this because he didn't get the full amount of money for the marijuana he sold, then returned to the house because he forgot something and was confronted by the homeowner, who then called the police.

Fourth Squad detectives arrested Moore without incident and no injuries were reported. The Xbox was recovered.

Moore was charged with burglary-second degree and criminal sale of marijuana-fourth degree. He is expected to be arraigned today at First District Court in Hempstead.
