Washington Avenue between West Broadway and the Long Island Rail Road tracks and 6th Avenue between Washington and Madison avenues in Cedarhurst will be repaved beginning on Sept. 7.

Cedarhurst village will repave Washington Avenue between West Broadway and the Long Island Rail Road tracks and 6th Avenue between Washington and Madison avenues on Sept, 7, 8, 11 and 13, officials said.
Those streets will be closed to all traffic and parking between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., on those days. All vehicles must be removed. Vehicles left on the affected streets will be towed at the owner’s expense.
