An unidentified man, 30, died from multiple gun shot wounds by Wanser Avenue and Church Street in Inwood at 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 4, according to police.
Fourth Precinct police officers responded to a 911 call regarding a disturbance at 8:56 p.m. at that location and when they arrived found the man inside a building on Wanser Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is continuing and detectives are asking anyone with information regarding this shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
