Arrests

HEWLETT- Oheem Rabsatt was arrested for shoplifting at CVS on Peninsula Boulevard after 4:35 p.m. on July 19, police said.

NORTH WOODMERE- Robert Henley, of Far Rockaway, was arrested for shoplifting from a home improvement store on Rockaway Turnpike at 9:35 a.m. on July 16, according to police.

LAWRENCE- Police arrested Jerome Cowan, of Far Rockaway, on Rockaway Turnpike at 4:35 p.m. on July 19, for shoplifting.

LAWRENCE- On July 22 at 6:45 p.m., Attiqur Rehman, of Richmond Hill, was arrested on Rockaway Turnpike for shoplifting, authorities said.

Grand larceny

INWOOD- Items were stolen from a bathroom in a supermarket on Burnside Avenue at noon. on July 18, officials said.

Larceny from auto

LAWRENCE- A vehicle was ransacked and sunglasses were stolen from it between 11 p.m. on July 15. and 7 a.m. on July 16 on Rand Place, authorities said.

LAWRENCE- An iPad was taken from a vehicle in the parking lot of a shopping center on Rockaway Turnpike at 11 a.m. on July 18, officials said.

Petit larceny

CEDARHURST- A bicycle was stolen from the rear yard of the residence on Court Avenue between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the week of July 8 to July 16, police said.

LAWRENCE- A flowerpot was removed from the front stoop of a residence on Central Avenue between 11 p.m. on July 16 and 5:30 a.m. on July 17, according to police.

HEWLETT- An iPhone went missing after it was left on a treadmill at Retro Fitness in Hewlett Plaza some time after 1:15 p.m. on July 19, authorities said.
