Arrests

LAWRENCE-On May 31 at 12:28 p.m. at a business on Central Avenue, Samuel Wattree, 56, of Inwood, was arrested for shoplifting, authorities said.

NORTH WOODMERE-At 2:30 p.m. on June 1 at a department store on Rockaway Turnpike, Herman Fogah, 53, of Brooklyn, was arrested for shoplifting, officials said.

NORTH WOODMERE-On June 2 at 4:57 p.m. at a department store on Rockaway Boulevard, Mersland Radoncic, 36, of East Elmhurst was arrested for shoplifting, according to police.

ELMONT-At 10:25 p.m. on June 1 on 118th Avenue, Cynthia V. Castillo, 21, of Inwood was arrested for possession of marijuana, police said.

Grand larceny

HEWLETT-On June 2 between 1:30 and 1:57 p.m. at a fitness gym in Hewlett Plaza, a woman’s wallet and its contents were stolen from a locked locker, authorities said.

Larceny from auto

NORTH WOODMERE-A man reported that work tools were stolen from his vehicle on Captain’s Road on May 27, a man’s, officials said.

WOODMERE-Between May 28 at 5 p.m. and May 29 at 9:15 a.m. on Island Avenue, a woman’s car was ransacked and $10 in coins was stolen, according to police.

INWOOD-At 2:10 p.m. on June 2 near Wanser Avenue and Henry Street, a woman’s wallet with its contents plus assorted paperwork was stolen from her car, police said.

WOODMERE-On June 1 at 10 a.m. on Forest Avenue, an unknown amount of cash was stolen from a woman’s car, authorities said.

Criminal mischief

WOODMERE-Between 2:30 and 11:45 a.m. on May 30 on Lafayette Drive, a man’s car was damaged when the rear window of his car was shattered and the driver’s door, side door and rear door were all scratched, officials said.
