Overcast Five Towns Hibernians celebrate St. Patrick in Garden City

Division 3 (Five Towns area) of the Ancient Order of Hibernians joined other Hibernians and members of Irish American organizations throughout Nassau to march in Garden City's St. Patrick's parade on Sunday, March 7.

Members of the Five Towns Division 3 of the Ancient Order of Hibernians marched in the St. Patrick's Parade in Garden City on Sunday, March 7, in celebration of their faith, culture and heritage. They joined Hibernians from all over Nassau and members of many other Irish-American organizations who marched up Franklin Avenue to Old Country Road in the popular annual event. While St. Patrick's Day is March 17, many organizations, including the AOH, sponsor parades and other events on weekends throughout the month.
