Hewlett High school lacrosse players sign letters of intent

Two headed to SUNY Binghamton, one going to Stony Brook

Family, friends, coaches and Hewlett High School’s principal Theodore Fulton and district athletic director Jeff Malis watched seniors, Sam DiSalvo, Emily Cohen and Kevin Fuchs sign their national letters of intent on Nov. 14 in Fulton's office, to play Division I lacrosse.

All three will be fourth-year starters when the lacrosse season gets underway in the spring. DiSalvo is a midfielder and Cohen plays attack, on the girls’ varsity team. Fuchs is a midfielders on the Bulldogs boys’ varsity squad.

Both DiSalvo, who will attend Stony Brook University, and Cohen, headed to SUNY Binghamton said they are plan following a pre-med track in college, while Fuchs will major in business, also at Binghamton.
