A Few Clouds Inwood 5K committee awards scholarships

The Inwood 5K Run Committee awarded scholarship money to Five Towns students. Sitting from left were Courtney Hall, Briana Stanya, Valerie DeNapoli, Emily Hagen and Sara Pettit. Graduating seniors from Lawrence and Hewlett high school were awarded $500 each by the Inwood 5K Run Committee to help further their education during a ceremony last month. The money is raised through the annual race that is run in Inwood Park.
