Three arrested for alleged Inwood burglary

An Inwood homeowner discovered his Bayview Avenue house was being burglarized as he returned home and found a black Nissan pickup truck on his driveway and three people inside the house at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 5. 

The man, 53, called the Nassau police. The officers saw the people in the house and then arrested Heimlall Seelall, 61, and Bhanmatti Seelall, 50, both of Jamaica and Janki Ramlal, 56, of Flushing. The police also recovered $600 that was in the Nissan truck and allegedly taken by Seelall. 

All three were charged with burglary and will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Nov. 6.
