Mostly Cloudy Laffey-Pugatch Realty merger celebrated with a ribbon-cutting

Barry Pugatch cut the ribbon to mark the beginning of the merger of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty and Woodmere-based Pugatch Realty Corp.

Elected officials, community leaders and representatives of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty and Woodmere-based Pugatch Realty Corp., took part in the Dec. 14 ribbon-cutting that celebrated the merger of Laffey International Realty, a North Shore luxury real estate firm, and Pugatch, owned by Barry and Susan Pugatch.
The Laffey team includes Emmet Laffey, Gregory Berkowitz and John Schoonmaker, as managing partners. Barry Pugatch has been in the real estate business since 1969, and established Pugatch Realty in 1991. The Woodmere office is at 950 Broadway.
