Mostly Cloudy Maintenance shed fire at Lawrence club

The maintenance shed at the Lawrence Yacht & Country Club was on fire on Nov. 30. The Lawrence-Cedarhurst and Inwood fire departments extinguished the blaze.

According to the Nassau County police maintenance shed at the Village of Lawrence owned and operated Lawrence Yacht & Country Club at 101 Causeway in Lawrence caught fire at 1:58 p.m. on Nov. 30. The shed is by the fourth hole of the golf course.
Village officials said no one was hurt. The Lawrence-Cedarhurst and Inwood fire departments responded.
