Police seek help in Hewlett robbery

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this man and woman, who with another man allegedly robbed Loehmann’s department store at 1296 Broadway in Hewlett on May 7 at 4:10 p.m.

One man is described as black, 6-feet, 1-inch tall, heavy set with a crew cut wearing a dark pea coat with blue jeans. He was armed with a screwdriver.

The other man is also black and was wearing a green polo shirt with blue jeans. The woman is black with a dark complexion. All three fled on Everett Avenue in silver colored Nissan.

If anyone has any information about this incident call 1-800-244-8477. All calls are kept confidential and there is up to a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
