Public’s help needed to find these suspects

Nassau County Police and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help with identifying two people allegedly involved in two separate crimes in the Five Towns.

The man, above right, is wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred in North Woodmere on Jan. 26 at about 1:30 a.m. He allegedly entered a Shell gas station on Rosedale Road and stole the cash register, cartons of cigarettes, phone cards and an unspecified amount of money.

He is approximately 5-feet, 10-inches in height and was wearing a dark hooded ski jacket, black gloves, tan cargo pants and carrying a blue bag.

The woman, below right, is wanted for allegedly taking the pocketbook of a woman working at Five Towns Wines and Liquors on Burnside Avenue in Inwood on Nov. 19 at about 5:45 p.m. After entering the store, the unidentified woman took the pocketbook that contained a gold diamond ring, $700 and personal papers.

She is approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall, with long brown hair and was last seen wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the suspects, or anyone with information about these incidents to call them toll free at 1-800-244-8477. All calls are kept confidential and there is up to a $5,000 reward.
