From young children to seniors, several volunteers worked diligently to decorate gift bags that were filled with treats and write heartfelt cards at the Chabad of the Five Towns Mitzvah Fair on Jan. 31.
The Levi Yitzchak Library in Cedarhurst hosted the Sunday event that was held ahead of the Chabad’s Israel Solidarity Mission that began on Jan. 7.
Chabad officials said, “It was an amazing sight to see people of all ages coming together to do a special mitzvah and make a difference in the lives of these brace soldiers.”
