The Torah dedication celebration continued as a procession proceeded on Church Avenue to Congregation Bais Tefilah on Edward Avenue
in Woodmere.
From the completion of a new Torah that was dedicated in the memory of Yossi Fried at the Fried residence on Church Avenue to the procession that moved the Torah to Congregation Bais Tefilah on Edward Avenue, the Feb. 9 event was a celebration.
Sofer Rabbi Moshe Klein, the Torah scribe, guided Fried family members and friends through the last writing stages. Then the Torah was held by several people as many danced their way to the shul.
