A Few Clouds Welcome back barbecue at Kulanu of Cedarhurst

Kulanu’s new coordinator of the Judaic Studies Program, Will Herzfeld, left, jumped right in to man the grill and Jonathan Cooper, the school’s director of Inclusion and Community Services, showed off the product of Herzfeld’s efforts. Cooper runs Kulanu’s after-school, weekend and respite programs.

The Kulanu Center for Special Services held its welcome back barbecue on Aug. 31 at the school’s Cedarhurst building.
Kulanu serves hundreds of local families that have children with special needs and provides educational, therapeutic, vocational, recreational and social services for those children with disabilities, while seeking to strengthen families and build an inclusive environment.
