Multiple 3rd Battalion fire departments joined forces to extinguish a house fire on Emerson Street in Woodmere on Dec. 27.

Multiple fire departments responded to a fire at a house at 670 Emerson Street near Derby and Edward avenues in Woodmere at 7:21 p.m., on Dec. 27.
Inwood fire officials said that its Squad 318 and tower ladder truck were on the scene, along the Woodmere Fire Department with crews from other 3rd Battalion departments, who made quick of the fire, officials said.
