On July 3, at around 3:30 p.m., police placed You Lan Zhang, 55, and Ci Hui Ren, 55, both of Elmont, under arrest on suspicion of shoplifting. The suspects are believed to have stolen goods from the Macy’s on Old Country Road in East Garden City.
