The South Shore Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Music Director Scott Jackson Wiley, continues its season at Molloy College’s new Madison Theatre on Saturday Feb. 18, at 8 p.m. Acclaimed pianist Jeffrey Biegel, of Lynbrook, is the featured soloist.

The program includes Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring, Saint-Saens Piano Concerto no. 2 in G minor Op. 22, with Biegel’s 15 year-old son Evan, and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4. Biegel, who has a multifaceted career as a pianist, recording artist, composer and arranger, is currently on the faculty of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College. His electrifying technique and mesmerizing touch have received critical acclaim worldwide.
