Christmas — God’s gift to his children

Beloved sisters and brothers, this is one of the most beautiful times of the year. Some people are creating a wonderful atmosphere decorating their homes inside and out inviting the Christmas Spirit to be fully present. Everything seems to be well prepared for this Holy time. What about you? Are you ready for your gift? God our heavenly Father gave us the most incredible gift one can ever receive. First, God sent His only son Jesus the Messiah to save and unite His children on earth. And second, He sent His son Jesus, the living Word, the LOGOS, to become flesh and live and walk among us. Emmanuel – the God [with] us was, is, and always will be present in our lives. Jesus, our companion of life, comes in various ways to us. Sometimes, He may be the beggar in need, another time He may show Himself through a smile of a child when we need it most, and yet another time He may walk with us using a neighbor that supports us while being hit by one of the storms we encounter throughout our lifetime.
Jesus is always walking with us. Christmas is the Holy time when we remember the greatest gift ever given to humanity. Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
