At 10: 30 p.m. on June 29, A 25-year-old East Rockaway man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Hempstead Avenue and McKinley Street in West Hempstead.
A 47-year-old of East Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on June 30 at 12:45 a.m.
On June 30 at 8:15 p.m., a 23-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with assault on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
At 1:20 a.m. on July 4, a 23-year-old Merrick man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and equipment violation on Broadway in Lynbrook.
A 36-year-old of Reading, Pa., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on July 4 at 1 p.m.
On July 5 at 10:10 a.m., a 29-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
At 1:50 a.m. on July 6, a 46-year-old of New York, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change and equipment violation on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
A 57-year-old of Oakland Garden was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, aggravated unlicensed operation (warrant) and failure to signal on Merrick Road in Lynbrook on July 6 at 5 p.m.

Grand larceny
At 8:30 a.m. on June 24, a complainant, the assistant manager of Crown Ford, reported that an unknown person(s) entered their storage yard located on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook and removed the tires and rims from five vehicles. The total amount of the tires and rims is $20,346.36. The loss occurred between 5:15 p.m. on June 22 and 7:40 a.m. on June 24.
Aggravated harassment
At 10 p.m. on June 24, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) has been calling and sending harassing, annoying emails to the complainant’s residence on Robertson Road in Lynbrook. The harassment started on April 13.

Identity theft
On June 27 at 6:19 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) made three unauthorized charges on their Capital One Credit Card. The charges were in the amount of $50.25.
At 1:35 p.m. on July 1, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) opened a US Cellular account in their name in December 2012. The account currently has a balance in the amount of $814.87.

Petit larceny
At 12:37 p.m. on June 28, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) took their purse and its contents from the bus stop located on Broadway at the Long Island Rail Road station in Lynbrook. The purse, valued at $400, contained their New York State driver’s license and Social Security Card.
On July 2 at 1:55 p.m. a complainant, an employee of Crown Ford located at 420 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, reported that an unknown person(s) took a New York State dealer license plate from the business. The plate was removed between June 24 and July 2.

Grand larceny/identity theft
On June 29 at 3:15 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) took their Michael Kors wallet from the counter area of Taco Bell, located at 548 Merrick Road, Lynbrook on June 29 at 1 a.m. Their wallet contained $40, a Chase credit card, a Bank of America debit card, a Victoria Secret credit card, their New York State driver’s license and their UMass college ID card. The complainant’s debit and credit card were then used to make three unauthorized charges in the amount of $142.27.

Burglary
At 11:15 p.m. July 1, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) entered their apartment, located at 528 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, and removed a Rolex watch, valued at $4,000, a Dell laptop computer, valued at $300 and $2,000 in cash. The total amount of the loss is $6,300. The loss occurred between 10:15 p.m. and 10:57 p.m. on July 1.

Larceny from auto
Between 3:45 and 4:28 p.m. on July 1 an unknown suspect(s) stole the hubcaps from a complainant’s 2012 tan Volkswagen at the corner of Plainfield Avenue and Centre Avenue in East Rockaway.
