Arrests
On March 7 at 9:15 p.m., a 44-year-old of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt on Neimann Avenue in Lynbrook.
At 6:30 a.m. on March 8, a 21-year-old homeless man was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of a weapon and possession of stolen property at the Lynbrook LIRR station.
A 36-year-old of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest at 197 Vincent Ave., Lynbrook, pn March 8 at 7:10 a.m.
On March 8 at 6:45 p.m., a 25-year-old of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana at the Lynbrook LIRR station.
At 6:45 a.m. on March 8, a 19-year-old man of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with three open warrants for assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and criminal trespass at 106 Ocean Ave., Lynbrook

At 6:05 a.m. on March 10 a 20-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with assault on Hendrickson Avenue in Lynbrook.
On March 11 at 8:00 p.m., a 49-year-old Long Beach man was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated family offense and two counts of criminal contempt on Lyon Place in Lynbrook.
At 11:15 p.m. on March 13,a 19-year-old woman of Jamaica was arrested and charged with prostitution in Room 135 of the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer St.
Dashawn Singleton, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on March 14 at 12:15 p.m.
On March 14 at 12:43 a.m. Allen P. Nist, 22, of Allentown, Penn. was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal turn on Broadway in Lynbrook.
At 7:33 p.m. on March 14,a 23-year-old woman of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with prostitution in Room 156 of the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer St.
A 40-year-old Uniondale man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed Operation, two counts of suspended registration, speeding and unlicensed operation on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook on March 16 at 9:30 p.m.
 On March 16 at 11:32 p.m.,a 24-year-old of Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and no tail lights on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
At 1:27 p.m. on March 18, a 30-year-old of Uniondale, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

Grand larceny
On March 12 at 10:20 p.m., a complainant reported that after checking out of Room 112 of the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer St. and leaving the motel they noticed that they had left some jewelry in the room. The complainant responded back to the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn to find that the room had been cleaned but their jewelry was gone. The jewelry is listed as a gold men’s bracelet, valued at $3,000, a Tag Huer men’s watch, valued at $2,500 and a men’s white gold diamond ring, valued at $1,400. The total value of the property is 6,900.
 At 10 a.m. on March 13, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) removed a cardboard box, containing 125 Hewlett Packard computer random-access memory modules, which were on the loading dock of their place of business awaiting pick up by Fed-Ex. The total value of the property is $10,000.
