Dora The Explorer
Plaza Theatrical Productions brings that perky young adventurer back to the stage in “Dora’s Pirate Adventure!” Dora, her best buddy, Boots the Monkey, and the rest of their friends embark on an exciting trip to Treasure Island. The audience helps them navigate over Dancing Mountain, through the Silly Singing Bridge and to confront the Pirate Piggies. All ends happily onstage with a “yo-ho-ho!”

QuadrATOMIC Saxophone Quartet
The QuadrATOMIC Saxophone Quartet brings their unique sound and modern attitude to Adelphi University for an evening of contemporary saxophone works. Known for their passionate playing, the ensemble performs the premiere of Adelphi Associate Professor Sidney Boquiren’s “Veil,” part one of four in the composer’s Book of Mourning. The program also features works composed by Sherwood Shaffer, David Maslanka and Katie Agocs, whose “Hymn” will be performed with a multimedia accompaniment, along with pieces by Perry Goldstein and Sean Friar.
