Arrests
n On March 18, Det Draghi arrested Karen Paccio 48, of East Rockaway for Assault. When Paccio was denied access to the basement of the building at Cammerer Ave., Apt. #1 police said, she grabbed the victim, another tenant, pushed her against the wall and kicked her several times.
n On May 5 at 5:40 a.m., Riche Dukens, 48, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Rockland Avenue and Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook and charged with DWI.
n On May 5 at 8:45 p.m., Steven Ranucci, 23, of Lynbrook, was arrested on Broadway in Lynbrook and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
n On May 6 at 12:55 p.m., Raisa Bulchi, 21, of Lynbrook, was arrested on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook for leaving the scene of an accident that occurred on April 19.
Larceny
n On April 26 between 9 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., a boy’s Kawasaki BMX bicycle was stolen from the rear of 444 Merrick Road in Lynbrook. The bike was valued at $110.
n Between April 28 and April 29, items from a car parked in the driveway of a Harvard Avenue home in Lynbrook were stolen. A brown leather hand bag, a wallet with $50 and assorted credit cards were taken.
n On May 7, a woman’s bicycle was taken from the driveway by unknown person on Treadwell Ave., East Rockaway
n On May 10, numerous items were stolen from complainant’s boat at Cooke St E, Bay Park, including a Playstation, a DVD player, a flat screen TV, and a GPS.
n On May 11, a Plainfield Ave., East Rockaway complainant’s vehicles (2004 Hyundai and 2005 GMC), that were parked in her driveway, were ransacked and a DVD player, a GPS and a gym bag with clothing items were taken.
n On May 12, a complainant discovered a Seiko watch and a cell phone charger missing from his 2004 Volkswagen parked on Centre Ave, in East Rockaway.
n On May 12, a GPS was stolen from a 2006 GMC on Centre Avenue in East Rockaway.
Burglary
n On May 3, sometime between 8 and 10 p.m., $2,500 in jewelry. was takenfrom a Piccadilly Downs home in Lynbrook.
n On May 7 at 10:30 a.m., a leaf blower was stolen from the corner of Sunrise Highway and Denton Avenue in Lynbrook. It was valued at $500.
Robbery
On April 26 at 10:40 p.m., the Sunoco gas station on Scranton Avenue in Lynbrook was robbed. Two male Hispanics robbed the gas station at gun point, police said, taking $199 and fleeing on foot.
