Arrests
On Dec. 13 at 2:55 a.m., a 57 year old of Bayville, was arrested on Merrick Road in Lynbrook and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Petit Larceny
On Dec. 7 at 4:05 p.m., an unknown male black suspect removed assorted merchandise from the shelves, placed them in a briefcase and left the store in a 2003 Hyundai Elantra at the CVS, 594 Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway.

On Dec. 10 at 5:20 p.m., a complainant’s pocketbook was left in her vehicle and was taken by an unknown suspect at Pathmark, 492 Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway. According to police, the pocketbook was later recovered at a different location with all the contents except a cell phone.
Between 3 a.m. and 3:35 a.m. on Dec. 10, $550 worth of property including a GPS unit and an IPod was taken from a Honda CRV, which was parked on Rolling Street in Lynbrook.

Grand Larceny
On November 26 at 4:30 p.m., a victim’s credit and ATM Card had been used at two different stores without her knowledge or permission on Sperry Street in East Rockaway.
Between 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 and 10:50 a.m. on Dec. 12, a 2008 Nissan Altima was stolen from Vincent Avenue in Lynbrook.

Larceny from Auto
On Dec. 9 at 6 p.m., assorted properties such as cosmetics, cigarettes and medication were taken from a complainant’s vehicle by an unknown suspect on Court Street in East Rockaway.
