John Bartlett hosts adoption event

North Shore Animal League mobile unit visits Charles Street in NYC

Posted

Menswear designer and animal advocate John Bartlett, in conjunction with North Shore Animal League America, hosted an adoption event at his store on Charles Street and 7th Avenue in Manhattan on July 31.

Hundreds of animal lovers -- or just the animal-curious -- stopped by to see dogs and cats who were up for adoption. Many made financial donations, and two lucky pups found homes, including a Canadian rescue who had just arrived by plane earlier in the week.
North Shore Animal League is the largest no-kill shelter in the world. For more information, visit www.animalleague.org
