All hands were on deck for Boy Scout Troop 24 of Malverne on March 24 as they helped to raise money to paint the barn at Crossroads Farm with a car wash. The fundraiser attracted drivers along Ocean Avenue to contribute on a sunny afternoon in the village. As part of an Eagle Scout project, the scouts teamed up and worked diligently to give the cars a nice shine.
