The Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne held it’s annual two-week summer bible camp — Camp Lourdes — earlier this month for children ages 4 to 9. Closing the camp season, the kids put on a musical last Friday incorporating this year’s theme, “Follow the Signs of Peace.”
The children also joined their counselors at the Sunrise Assisted Living Facility in Lynbrook to make greeting cards for and spend time with some of the seniors living there.
