Denenberg sentencing postponed to June 5

A federal judge will wait an extra two weeks to sentence Dave Denenberg, a former Nassau County legislator from Merrick, for defrauding a legal client of $2.3 million. His sentencing was scheduled for May 22, but the judge granted a requested delay until June 5. more
