D.A.'s office: Evan Sachs faces arraignment

Evan Sachs of Merrick, who is acccused of stabbing an 8-year-old boy five times, will be arraigned on attempted murder charges Nov. 19, according to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Sachs is facing second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon charges.

The Calhoun High School graduate was arrested on Oct. 8 following the alleged stabbing at Dave & Busters in Westbury.
