Movies Under The Stars
Relax outdoors with the kids at a movie on the big screen, at a modern version of a drive-in move. Eisenhower Park’s Lakeside Theatre becomes a movie theater on Thursday once again during summer, showing first-run features. Bring the family, along with folding chairs (Lakeside Theatre does not have formal seating), to enjoy “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World” as the park’s movie season gets underway.

Summer Sounds

The Duprees
Enjoy some Doo Wop under the stars when The Duprees take to the stage for a free concert at Eisenhower Park. Relive their smooth vocals combined with the Big Band arrangements that brought us such hits as “You Belong to Me” in the early ‘60s. Their unmistakable sound and vocal harmonies still enable The Duprees to give new life to old hits. The group brings celebrates the 50th anniversary of that iconic tune “You Belong to Me” as they share their unmistakable passion and mixture of romance and fun with their fans.

Seasonal Delights

Meadow Wildflower Hike
Surround your senses with the vibrant colors and delicate scents of summer wildflowers on a guided hike through Muttontown Preserve. The hike explores several meadows, upland woods and trails where over 30 species of flowers can be seen in full bloom. It’s a treat for nature lovers of all ages.
