Robbie Levine Foundation offering AED/CPR classes

The Forever 9-Robbie Levine Foundation is offering a series of free automated external defibrillator/cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes in the coming weeks. Participants in this free series need only attend one of the classes to become certified in AED/CPR.

Dates are:

•Saturday, Jan 30, 9 a.m.

•Friday, Feb 5, 7 p.m.

•Thursday, Feb 25, 7 p.m.

The course lasts about three hours and will be held at the North Merrick Fire House on Camp Avenue in Merrick. Registration is neccesary. To register, e-mail rblforever9@optonline.net, or call (516) 379-2868.

Hundreds in the Merrick-Bellmore area are now AED/CPR certified because of these trainings, including youth coaches and school personnel.
