Community members and town officals came to celebrate the completion of the local private apartment complex on 418 Atlantic Avenue, the Inlet, financed by Oceanside residents Usman and Ubaid Bandukra.

Ubaid Bandukra, 34, and his father, Usman, 77 were gathered by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce members and town and state officials to cut the ribbon for Oceanside’s newest residential development, the $5 million, 23-unit private apartment complex at 418 Atlantic Avenue, known as the Inlet. Usman Bandukra purchased the Atlantic Avenue property in 2001 The apartment complex, is listed by Coldwell Banker American Homes in Oceanside.
