School 4 in Oceanside hosted a Family Fun and Fitness night last week, giving kids and their parents a chance to come out to the school and get active.
Families were able to participate in a wide range of activities, including pointers in kick-boxing techniques, self-defense lessons, a Zumba class and, of course, some good old fashioned crawling around and having fun.
The goal was to get kids and their parents out together to have fine while being fit.
