The Oceanside Fire Department is holding a blood drive August 19. As an incentive they are giving away a pair of Mets tickets, free, to anyone between the ages of 16 and 76, who gives blood. The requirements are: you must weigh over 110 pounds, and had no new tattoos in the last 12 months. The drive will be held at 65 Foxhurst Road in Oceanside between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tickets will be mailed after the drive. For information call (800) 688-0900.
