Still at its original location, Master Collision has grown from three bays to 12, with separate paint and mechanic shops, an office, and customer space. The paint shop houses a fully heated European (USI Italia) downdraft spray booth with a computerized paint mixing system, designed to assure a perfect color match every time. The shop is equipped with four Car-O-Liner Frame machines, and a Car-O-Liner Vision Measuring system. In stock is a full line of Spies Hecker paint.

The unibody correction department is equipped with three bench systems plus a laser system, which allow them to bring any vehicle back to factory specifications.

All repairs are backed by a Life Time warrantee.

The collision business involves repairing or replacing whatever needs to be fixed. A vehicle is brought back to its pre-accident condition, mechanically, safety-wise, and aesthetically. While collision is Master’s primary focus, they also do restoration.

Those aware of what it takes to restore a car properly understand the need to be able to pay attention to every detail. Therefore, Master Collision will only schedule one vehicle at a time to restore. These vehicles, many of which have their original parts, are often more than 20-years-old. To the owner of the vehicle, restoration is a labor of love. The vehicle is returned to its original pristine condition.

Key people behind the business add much to the success of Master Collision. Tom, the general manager, has been in the business for more than 30 years. Paul, in charge of estimating and towing, has 25 years behind him. Laura coordinates the scheduling and billing. All technicians are I-Car certified and Master Collision is an I-Car Gold shop. Everyone receives S/P 2 training.

Master Collision offers 24-hour towing. The office staff will gladly handle insurance claims, rental car arrangements, vehicle pick up or delivery, and courtesy rides. They have their own 24-hour towing, and are a direct repair shop for more than 14 insurance companies.
