Chilly, blustery weekend weather didn’t stop the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce from holding its annual fair at Firemen’s Field Oct. 17-18. There were rides and games, balloons and blow-up toys for children, and local businesses and community organizations manned tents and greeted fairgoers.
