Oceanside Sailor Kevin O’Keefe was named MVP for the second time at the Oceanside Rotary Club’s 11th annual Art Heyman Memorial Tip Off Classic basketball tournaments. The games were held at Oceanside High School Dec. 4th.
For the first time Long Beach High School Boys and Girls varsity basketball teams competed.
Proceeds of the event go to college bound senior from both Long Beach and Oceanside High Schools.
