Each year, the Oceanside High School Thespians — the schools theater club — take a day to travel to elementary schools in the district to perform.
This year, the “Kids on the Block” tour hit three elementary schools, including School 5. The show used large puppets instead of traditional actors. The theme was learning to accept people for who they are, despite their differences.
