Partly Cloudy Schools celebrate the sun with field day

Michael Prendergast got some air during Oceanside School 9E’s Field Day last Friday. Students in all grades had a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather with a day full of games and activities.

School 9E in Oceanside was just one of many elementary schools in the district to hold its annual Field Day last Friday.
Students in all the elementary schools were let out of class to enjoy the fresh air and sun, competing in myriad events and earning themselves awards. But most importantly — learning about teamwork and having a lot of fun while doing it.
