Partly Cloudy New businesses open in Rockville Centre

The Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of two new businesses in the village late last month.
First, on March 27, Parlay Gastropub, located at 210 Merrick Road, held its ribbon cutting ceremony. The new bar/restaurant offers high-end cuisine and dozens of craft beers on tap.
A few days later, on March 31, Orange Theory Fitness opened its doors and held a ribbon cutting ceremony. The fitness studio features heart-rate based group interval training.
