A resident of Ann Court, Freeport, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and VTL violations after an investigation by police near Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
n On Oct. 3, a resident of Frederick Avenue, Roosevelt, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and VTL violations after an investigation by police near Sunrise Hwy., Rockville Centre.
A resident of Chestnut Street, Baldwin, reported on Sept. 30 that two teens tried to steal an iPhone, valued at $300, from her arm holster while she was riding a bicycle on N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre. The two teens fled on foot northbound from in front of 69 N. Village Ave.
A resident of St. Mark’s Place, Rockville Centre reported on Oct. 2 that someone removed assorted musical equipment, totaling $23,900 from a locked basement.
A resident of N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole his 2002 Cannondale SV400 mountain bicycle, valued at $800, from the bicycle rack on his 1996 Chevrolet while it was parked in front of his home.
A resident of Libby Avenue, Hicksville reported on Sept. 25 that someone removed a backpack, containing Molloy shirts valued at $240, from his 2010 Nissan while it was parked at Skelos Field.
On Sept. 26, a resident of N. Village Avenue reported that someone damaged a window of his car while it was parked at Village Auto Center, 128 N. Village Ave. The same complainant reported that scrap metal was stolen, valued at approximately $1,500.
A resident of Cedar Avenue reported on Sept. 27 that someone stole a Chanel handbag, valued at $3,000, from Look Twice, 21 N. Village Ave.
A resident of Rock Cut Road, Walden, reported on Sept. 30 that someone stole a 1996 Honda F3-600 motorcycle, valued at $3,800, from in front of 311 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.
The same day, a resident of Denton Avenue, Lynbrook, reported that someone stole two NY license plates from his car while it was parked at Municipal Parking Field 16.
A resident of Liberty Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole an iPod, valued at $150, from an unsecured car while it was parked in his driveway.
A resident of Yale Place reported that someone stole his 1982 Rallye touring bicycle, valued at $350, from the vicinity of Front Street and North Village Avenue.
A resident of Addison Place reported on Oct. 2 that someone removed an iPad, valued at $700, from a car parked in his driveway.
The next day, three members of Sky Athletic, 310 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, reported larcenies from their cars while the vehicles were parked in Parking Field 8.
A resident of Evers Lane, Oceanside reported on Sept. 27 that she thought she saw a man with a handgun while in the Public Square at Molloy College. Police and college security searched the area with no results.
The same day, a resident of Grand Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone transferred $80 from a Money Pak card that was purchased at Walgreens.
A resident of Oceanview Avenue, Valley Stream, reported on Sept. 29 that seomone damaged a glass storefront window, valued at $245, located at Emris Penny Salon, 271 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
A resident of S. Collier Boulevard, Marco Island, Florida reported on Sept. 26 that her 2009 Honda was damaged while parked in the lot located at 150 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre.
The next day, a resident of East Windsor, New Jersey reported that the driver side of her 2012 Volvo was damaged by unknown means while it was parked at Best Western, located at 173 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
A resident of Carlyle Street, Cedarhurst reported on Sept. 28 that his 206 Jaguar was damaged while parked in front of 287 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.
A resident of 157th Street, Jamaica reported on Sept. 29 that she loast a passport and iPhone while at Dunn’s River, located at 93 N. Park Ave., Rockville Centre.
