Rockville Centre resident is Hauppauge guidance counselor

Hauppauge School District announced the appointment of Rockville Centre resident Kathleen Bartlett as a Hauppauge High School guidance counselor. “Ms. Bartlett was chosen from a highly qualified field of candidates,” said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Dennis O’Hara. “We are excited about the skills and enthusiasm that she will bring to the students in our District.”

Bartlett previously served as a guidance counselor at St. Agnes Academic High School in Queens, and prior to that was a Guidance Department intern at Quincy High School in Quincy, Massachusetts. She received a Master of Science in School Counseling from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. Bartlett holds a New York State Certification: School Counseling, K-12.
